If there is a manufacturer defect, please notify our Customer Care within
fourteen (14) days of delivery, with your order number and description of the
condition of the defective merchandise, to obtain an authorization
code for return.
If authorized, a one to one replacement for the defective item will be shipped to you.
Thereafter, further reports on replacement shipment will not be entertained.
Both parties will have to bear their own shipping costs and other expenses
incurred.
Manufacturer defect merchandise can only be
exchanged for the same item. No other compensation will be provided. Any
unauthorized return will be disregarded and will not be entertained. Warranty is
valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company
Management.
