How to do I place an order? |
Add to CartShopping at Yes-Malaysia.com is easy. After selecting the
merchandise you wish, simply click the
"Add to Cart"
This will direct you to your shopping cart. If you
change the "Quantity"
for any merchandise, refresh the
"Total" by clicking
"Update Total".
To remove an item, check the box for the respective item
in the "Select" column and click "Delete".
If you would like to shop some more, click "Continue
Shopping", otherwise click the Checkout button.

Next, enter your details and addresses.
Checking "Remember Me"
gives you the convenience of shopping again at
Yes-Malaysia.com.
You can choose not to have this. Just click "Cancel" when prompted.
Then, click
"Checkout".
Shipping Option
In this step, choose your shipping option.

A price summary is displayed, if
correct proceed with checkout. Otherwise, use your
browsers back button to return to previous pages.

How do I change the contents of my shopping cart? |
Access the page by clicking at any "Shopping
Cart"
link located at the top and bottom of the page. If you
change the Quantity of items, click "Update
Totals"
to refresh the total. Likewise, checking a box in the
Select column and clicking "Delete"
will remove that particular item.

Is my credit card information secure on the Internet? |
Security is probably one of the most significant
concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an
online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is
probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop
or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the
information transmitted online is strongly encrypted
using complicated logarithm combinations.
Yes-Malaysia.com
utilises the WorldPay payment system, which uses a
combination of both established and innovative
techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all
sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are
certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority,
ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have
confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to
obtain confidential information.
Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details to
WorldPay are encapsulated using WorldPay encrypted and
digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of
standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that
the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via
SSL.
Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is
also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the
shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also
protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card
not present"
environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers
provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction
if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was
used fraudulently.
Data Storage
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication
between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is
regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a
secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we
stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any
third-party code we use, and continually review our own
proprietary code.

Do I have a choice in currency payment? |
At Yes-Malaysia.com,
you may choose to pay for your purchases in 3 different
currencies for credit cards only, i.e. US Dollar
(US$), Euro (EUR) and Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
at the final stages of the checkout. Conversions can be seen during checkout.
Exchange rates are provided by National Westminster Bank
Plc, United Kingdom through WorldPay Secure Payment Server.

very best to provide an accurate delivery time.
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping options
you have chosen and your destination address.
To calculate the this delivery time, we add the time it
takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our
warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the
delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses.
